Riverview Park is home to many annual festivals such as Sebastian Riverfront Fine Art & Music Festival, Pelican Island Wildlife Festival, Home & Garden Show, 4th of July Festival, Sebastian Clambake, Concerts in the Park, and Art & Craft Shows. There is a bronze statue of Paul Kroegel, the first warden of Pelican Island, smoking his pipe as he surveys with pleasure, the tranquil waters and islands of the Indian River Lagoon.
