Capt Hiram's River Challenge Triathlon

Location: Capt Hiram’s Resort, 1606 Indian River Dr., Sebastian
Capt Hiram’s River Challenge is an annual Sprint Triathlon hosted by Capt Hiram’s Resort with the purpose of raising awareness to the perils that face the Indian River Lagoon and to showcase the beautiful City of Sebastian. This non-profit race benefits the Environmental Learning Center, Ocean Research & Conservation Association, and the Coastal Conservation Association Florida. All proceeds are split equally between these three organizations who fight to protect our waterways and educate our youth on the importance of wildlife preservation and conservation.

Cocoa Beach Art Show

Thanksgiving weekend plans just got so much easier. Awaken all the senses and enjoy the best time of year in Cocoa Beach at the Cocoa Beach Art Show. Every year, we create a festival of diverse art, music, and food alongside demonstrations performed by outstanding artists. As we host up to 150 artists and exhibitors from across the country, during this 3-Day event people of all ages are sure to have a great time taking in all of the ingenuity and craftsmanship. As a showcase for these inspiring artists, our aim is to instill a greater appreciation of the various art forms and provide an opportunity for downtown Cocoa Beach Businesses to engage with the community. Surfing Santas Cocoa Beach is an annual Cocoa Beach tradition that brings hundreds of surfers dressed up as Santa.
